We regret to say that overseas shipping is not currently available because the Japan Post has been stopping delivering airmail to many countries at the moment due to COVID-19.

We are sure that we would be able to accept wooden hanko orders from overseas as soon as the Japan Post resumes delivering airmail to overseas.


Process from order to delivery

1.Write the name you want on the stamp in English letters in all caps.

2.Select Kanji or Katakana as the character.

3.Select Kointai or Gyosho as the typeface.

4.Select the pouch.

5.Put the product in your cart, write the necessary information, and submit your order.


   You can not put both Digital Stamp and Wooden Hanko in your cart at the same time due to the cart system.

   If you order both Digital Stamp and Wooden Hanko, submit each order separately.

   We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. 


6.After we confirm your payment, we will start making the order, and will ship it to you via Yamato Transport ( parcel delivery service ) within 3 business days.


  *We charge a 1,000 yen flat rate for domestic shipping.

  *We offer free domestic shipping of 13,000 yen and over.

  *Currently overseas shipping is not available.


7.We will attach a file for free that explains the Japanese kanji that we used.

Cap and pouch included.
Ink pad is sold separately. 
It can not be used for seal impression registration to city office in Japan.
