■Payment method and payment timing

■Fees other than the cost of the products

The products will be attached to emails, so there will never be any shipping costs.

 

■Product delivery timing

Products will normally be sent within 3 business days after the date that we confirm your payment.
The shop normally sends out all custom-made products within 3 business days.

*We will make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within that time frame, but delivery timing may vary due to unexpected events or circumstances. Therefore, the shop shall not bear any responsibility for any losses incurred by a customer or a third party as a result of such circumstances. Please note that the same shall also apply in cases when delivery timing is delayed due to the customer’s circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

 

■Defects

If a hanko is made with a name that contains a mistake, we will make it again under our responsibility. For the conditions, etc. please see the “Return policy” section.

Customers can select from the following payment methods:


■Credit card payment

    Security code is required. It is a three digit (or four digit) number printed on the corner of  the signature space on the back of your card.

配送方法に関して

<Delivery methods>

■Digital Stamp : Email attachment

  • We will make products that contain custom-made digital content within 3 business days of confirming the payment, and we will deliver them via email attachment when they are finished.

■Wooden Hanko (Domestic only) :  Yamato Transport ( parcel delivery service )

  • Normally, we will ship your product within 3 business days after the date that we confirm your payment.
  • We charge a 1,000 yen flat rate for domestic shipping.
  • Currently overseas shipping is not available

   We regret to say that overseas shipping is not currently available because the Japan Post has been stopping delivering airmail to many countries at the moment due to COVID-19.

   We are sure that we would be able to accept Wooden Hanko orders from overseas as soon as the Japan Post resumes delivering airmail to overseas.

   You can not put both Digital Stamp and Wooden Hanko in your cart at the same time due to the cart system.

   If you order both Digital Stamp and Wooden Hanko, submit each order separately.

<Return policy>

■Returning and exchanging products


If there is a spelling mistake or the data is corrupted, we will make the hanko again promptly. However, because of the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. We appreciate your understanding in advance.


■If you are an overseas buyer, please note :

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to buying.

(Other information a seller may wish to include : )

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company, or when you collect the item.
Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
